Carl A. "CAP" Peterson
Carl A. "CAP" Peterson, age 51 of Toledo passed away Saturday, April 24, 2004 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio's Perrysburg Center. He was born November 19, 1952 to Carl V. and Annabelle (Williams) Peterson in Toledo. CAP was employed with the Toledo Florist Exchange for 10 years. He was an Associate member of the Marine Corps. League and attended Emmanuel Baptist Church. CAP was an outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was also interested in learning all he could about Native American History.
CAP was preceded in death by his father, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is survived by his daughter, Amber Dawn Peterson of LA.; mother, Annabelle Peterson; brother, Robert "Pete" (Kathleen Mann) Peterson and many aunts, uncles, cousins and special cousin, Susan Hagerman.
The family will receive guests Tuesday from 1-3:00 p.m. in the Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. Officiating will be Pastor Charles Vermilyea. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
