Burton Roy Alldaffer

Burton "Burt" Roy Alldaffer, age 93, of Maumee, OH has gone to be with Lord on 12-16-2020. The world is a little less rich with the loss of a truly wonderful soul.
Burt was born to William and Alice Alldaffer on Dec. 7, 1927 in Toledo, Ohio. A graduate of Libby High School, a charter member of the Toledo Model Manglers flying club and a lifelong member of The Academy of Model Aeronautics. It was at one of these airplane events that he met the love of his life, Patricia, who became his wife for 60 wonderful years.
Throughout his life, Burt's dependability, honesty and integrity served him well at his places of employment. From delivering dry cleaning at Bookman's Cleaners, laborer to manager of Herschel Manufacturing, shipping and receiving manager at Gulf States Paper Corporation, and finally driving truck for Pro Pack Industries. Burt always loved anything mechanical and his greatest passion was driving. He enjoyed the last 2½ years as a resident of Genesis Village in Toledo.
Burt is survived by his sons Allen (Sue), Terry (Yvonne), sister Carol (Bob) Heinemann and sister-in-law Sue, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Burt was preceded in death by wife Pat, parents William and Alice, brothers Allen and Delbert, and grandson, Jeff Alldaffer.
Due to Covid, the family will have a life celebration on a later date.
