Brian D. Lump

Brian D. Lump, age 51, of Toledo, passed away in his sleep on Friday, March 17, 2023. He was born on October 6, 1971 to Dennis and Jeanine Lump in Toledo, OH. Brian met the love of his life in high school, Edna Sahadi and he knew from that moment she was going to be his wife. They were married on May 10th and have been happily together for 35 years. Brian and Edna had a love everyone strived for.

Brian owned and operated "LumpsCustoms" something he took a lot of pride in. He was a jack of all trades, and could create anything he put his hands on. Brian had a passion for woodworking, welding and was an excellent mechanic. He also built and rode motorcycles. Brian loved the outdoors, camping at Mudd Lake with family and friends, traveling to Tennessee and Indiana and being with his dogs. He was an avid fisherman, something his dad taught him early on, which he carried on to his daughters. Brian had an early love for skateboarding which still held true to this day.

Nothing was more important to Brian than his family; his wife, daughters and entire family, who were his pride and joy. His smile, spirit and caring nature for everyone will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Left to cherish Brian's memory are his beloved wife, Edna Lump; adoring daughters, Macey (Mario) Lump-Romero and Julia Lump; grandchildren, Andre and Athena, who loved their "Papa Lump"; dad and best friend, Dennis (Barb) Lump; mother-in-law, Pam (Jim) Conaty; sisters, Anissa (David) Ignatowicz, Kendra Lump-Frey, Andrea Szymanski and Emily (Albert) Downey; sister-in-law, Teresa Conaty; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends, too many to name! He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Jeanine Lump, who he had an unbreakable bond with; father-in-law, Ken Sahadi; and grandfather-in-law, Paul Sahadi.

The family will receive guests on Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Bedford Alliance Church, 8645 Jackman Rd., Temperance, MI 48182 with Memorial Services beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the church.

Those wishing to make memorial contributions in honor of Brian are asked to consider ASPCA, the Special Olympics or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
