Brenda L. Robinson

Brenda L. Robinson, of Toledo, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 15, 1962 to Fred and Willie Mae (Webster) Robinson in St. Louis, MO. Brenda attended Libbey High School. She enjoyed dancing and music. Brenda loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She liked doing word puzzles, and arts and crafts. Brenda had a great sense of humor, and loved making people laugh. She became strong in her faith and attending the online church services. Brenda's smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Louise Robinson and Ray Charles Robinson; granddaughter, Ashanti Brown; nephews, Shondale Galloway and Christopher Jones; and niece, Irenas Renee Galloway. Brenda is survived by her loving daughters, Taschae Monique (Samuel Harris) Carter, La'Toya Nickcole Carter, Angel Lynette Carter and Monia Bridgette Page; her love, James N. Flowers; 23 adoring grandchildren; sisters, Rosie Galloway, Linda Jones, Loretta Franklin, Mary Robinson, Sylvia (Steve) Jones and Augusta (Carl) Ford; brothers, Fred Robinson, Jr. and Henry Robinson; and a host of aunts, an uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 from 12 – 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Memorial Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. (For the safety of the Robinson family and their guests, masks are required with social distancing).
