Brenda L. Ogrodowski

Brenda L. Ogrodowski, age 57, of Toledo, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 27, 2012. She was born on March 4, 1955 in Ironton, Ohio. Brenda loved gardening and cooking. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Brenda will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Jenkins, brother, Bill Blankenship and mother-in-law, Rose Ogrodowski. Brenda is survived by the love of her life of 22 years, Jerry Ogrodowski; daughters, Jennifer (Christopher) Thessen, Angela Meiring, Kristyn (Don) McCorkle and Jackie Ogrodowski; grandchildren, Steven, Nina, Christopher, Madiera and Julia; sisters, Debbie (Dave) Sayles, Kristi (Tony) Everhardt and Karen (Mike) King; step-father, Ballard Jenkins; father-in-law, Leo Ogrodowski; sisters-in-law, Mary Jane (Marty) Whalen and Joann Ogrodowski; brothers-in-law, Jim (Jerri) and Bob Ogrodowski; and loving canine companions, Ralph and Rusty.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday (today) from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300)with Funeral Services beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
