Bonnie S. Wieczorek, age 57 of Toledo passed away Saturday, February 14, 2004 in St. Charles Hospital. She was born November 19, 1946 to James and Dortha (Nickels) Chapman in Huntington, WVA.
Bonnie is survived by her sons, Glen (Cheryl), Jr. and Karl Avery; brothers, Jerry (Rose); James (Nancy) and Danny (Colleen) Chapman; sisters, Galye Liner; Corie Burzynski and "special sister", Sandi Guess; grandchildren, Karl and Amber; step great-grandchildren, Destinee; Richie and Collin.
The family will receive guests Wednesday from 1-7:00 p.m. in the Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
