Boleslaw Orzechowski

Boleslaw "Bill" Orzechowski, age 88, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Lake Park Comfort Care. He was born November 17, 1920 in Kielce, Poland. Bill met Emmi Reichenaur and they were married on June 26, 1948 in Hamburg, Germany. Then on July 21, 1951 he and Emmi moved to the United States. Bill worked as a baker at Jersey and Tastee Bakery's in Toledo, retiring in 1980.

Bill is survived by his loving son, John (Melanie) Orzechowski; and grandson, Griffin Orzechowski.

The family will receive guests on Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with Memorial Services beginning at 12:00 p.m. Officiating will be Rev. Eric McGlade. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
