Bobbie J. Tuttle

Bobbie J. Tuttle, age 74, of Ottawa Lake, Michigan, went to be with her Lord, Sunday, June 27th, 2010. She was born August 8th, 1935 to Clarence and Mary Bryce (Lee) Tarver in Wisner, Louisiana. Bobbie graduated from Adrian High School, Class of 1953. She was the owner and operator of BB & S Auctions with her husband Robert for many years. Bobbie has been a faithful member of Emmanuel Baptist Church since 1969. She enjoyed helping with the children's Sunday school over the years, as well as sending many cards to the shut-ins, making them feel a part of the church community. Most of all Bobbie was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, cherishing the time she was able to spend with her family, especially her grandchildren. She had a loving heart and a kind word for everyone and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her brother, Clarence Tarver. She is survived by her loving husband with whom she just celebrated 57 years of marriage, Robert L. Tuttle, Sr.; mother, Mary Bryce Hall; sons, Robert L., Jr.; Robert Lee; Robert Jeffrey (Kay); Robert Franklin and Robert Gregory (Donna) Tuttle; grandchildren, Katie; Robert J.; Robert Gregory; Matthew; Bethany; Jaycee; Molly; Max and Kayla and great grandchild, Gracie and another on the way. Also surviving are brothers, Leo; Sonny and Mitchel Tarver; sister, Frankey Christianson and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

The family will receive guests Thursday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) and Friday from 9-11:00 a.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 4207 W. Laskey Rd. Funeral Services will begin Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at Whiteford Union Cemetery.
