Billie Thompson, age 80, of Toledo, passed away Friday, June 12th, 2009 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 4th, 1928 to Jackson and Clara (Tetas) Thompson in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was employed with Tecumseh Products for many years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Mildred M. (Griffith) Thompson; children, George Edward (Carol) Thompson; Garry Thompson; Cathy (Eddie) Lawson; Laura Lawson and Lisa (Ron) Cline; 17 grandchildren; 14 ½ grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
The family will receive guests Thursday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will at Restlawn Memorial Park.
