Beverly Henderson

Beverly A. "Bev" Henderson, age 63, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2005 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. She was born on April 7, 1942 to Harley and Flora Mae (Craig) Brandt in Temperance, Michigan. Bev worked at Jeep for 27 years retiring in 2003. She was a longtime member of UAW, even after retiring. Bev enjoyed quilting, gardening, wood carving, cooking, and stained glass. She was a very talented and well loved lady who will be missed by all. Bev enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Donna Jean Martin and granddaughter Madison Hope. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Jim Henderson; children: James Henderson, Jr., Vince Henderson and Zandra (Christopher) Anthony; grandchildren: Miranda, James III, Camden Rae, Veronica, Baylee, Rebecca, Jacob and Keylin; sister: Mary (Richard) Long; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family will receive guests on Sunday, October 23, 2005 from 3-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300), where a Funeral Service will take place on Monday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
