Betty I. (Rodeheaver) Rossman
Betty I. Rossman, age 73 of Toledo, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2003 in Lake Park at Flower Hospital. She was born April 5, 1930 to Cecil and Zelea (Mozena) Rodeheaver in Toledo. Betty attended Scott High School. She was employed with the former Kresge Co. and the Toledo Credit Business. Betty then became a homemaker and mother. She was a longtime member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Betty enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and the Bunco Club.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years; Leonard Rossman, sons; Gary and Dean Rossman, daughters; Diane (Joe) Cutcher and Gail (David) Stasko, grandchildren; Nicole and Michelle Cutcher, Haley and Riki Rossman and Tiffany and Jenna Stasko, sister; Shirley (Joe) Bodner of Toledo and brother; Kent (Sandy) Rodeheaver of Colonial Beach, VA.
The family will receive guests Thursday from 2-9:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m.-Noon in the Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 11:15 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 p.m. in Christ the King Catholic Church, 4100 Harvest Lane. Officiating will be Fr. Mike Brown. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
