Betty J. Rines, age 83, of Toledo, passed away January 30, 2024 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. She was born August 5, 1940 in Toledo to James and Bessie Lathan.
In addition to her parents, Betty was also preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Rines; son, Shawn Rouse; siblings, Susie Gibson, Charles and Frank Lathan. She is survived by her daughters, Edwina (Carwein) Hardnett; sister, Bobbie Love; bonus children, Cynthia Cumberland, Sheila and Donnell Rouse; grandchildren, Shanae Rouse, Shawn Rouse II, Johnathan Rouse, Cameron Joiner, Kyra Glover, Carvyn Hardnett and Shaden Rouse
Betty's Memorial service will be held Friday, February 16th at 2:00 pm at Aria Hall at 5969 Telegraph Rd Toledo, OH 43612
