Betty Lou Laberdee

Betty Lou Laberdee, age 73, of Toledo, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017. She was born on September 24, 1943 to Richard and Lois (Tilock) Draves in Toledo. Betty was a graduate of Rogers High School. For many years she worked at Flower Hospital as a Unit Secretary until her retirement. After her retirement she found great joy in providing child care in her home, where she was known as, "Miss Betty."

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Debbie Mills and Brian (Margie) Laberdee; 7 grandchildren; sister, Barbara Cope and many many friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sally Pack.

A Celebration of her Life will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Following her Celebration of Life friends are invited to gather with the family in the funeral home until 8:00 p.m.
