Betty Janeshamy Cattell

Betty Jane Cattell, age 89, passed away on November 16, 2014. She was born on March 30, 1925 to the late Clarence Cunningham and Helen Morris Cunningham in Sylvania, Ohio.
Betty retired after working 20 years at the Toledo Hospital as a nurses aid.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her siblings, Clara Proffitt, Abraham, Arthur (Pete) and William Cunningham. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Mark (Mary) Shamy; grandchildren, Jason (Rachel) Shamy and Anna (Ryan) Kreh; great-grandchildren, Alexander and Austin Shamy and Aria Kreh.
Memorial Contributions may be made to: The Toledo Humane Society.
The family will receive guests from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The burial will take place at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
