Betty J. Tuttle, age 89, of Maumee, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2013.
She is survived by Robert, her husband of 68 years; sons, Darrel (Linda), David (Gil), John, Matthew, Philip; daughter, Mary (Hal) George and "daughter", Sylvia Tuttle; grandchildren, Andrew, Lindsay, Anthony, Benjamin and Kristin McNamara.
Raised in Sycamore, Ohio she created homes in 6 states (9 locations) over the next 21 years, finally settling in Maumee for 45 years. Her last 3 years were at Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek in Holland, Ohio.
Betty LIVED fully, LAUGHED loudly and often, LOVED deeply without reservation.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, February 27 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Maumee United Methodist Church, 405 Sackett St., Maumee, Ohio. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the church. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery in Sycamore, Ohio.
The family kindly requests no flowers are sent. Memorial Contributions may be made to Maumee United Methodist Church, LVWC-activities or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
