Betty J. Konwin, age 83, of Toledo, passed away October 15, 2013. Betty was born May 16, 1930 in Toledo to Walter and Clara (Heltman) Brown. She was a bookkeeper for 50 years for different locations. Betty enjoyed working in her yard, keeping a clean house, most importantly was spending time with her grandson .
The widow of Norbert "Corky" Konwin, Betty is survived by her loving daughter, Pam Rumpf; grandson, Christopher Rumpf; brother, Mike Brown; sisters-in-law, Mary Hausman and Marilee Brown. In addition to her parents and husband, Betty was preceded in death by brother, Norm Brown; sister-in-law, Arlene Brown and brother-in-law, Fred Hausman.
Services will be private. Newcomer Funeral Home assisted the family with the arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to Senior Independence Hospice in Betty's memory.
