Bernice L. Bennett, age 71, of Toledo, passed away October 25, 2017 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. She was born July 26, 1946 in Murray, Kentucky to Albert and Alberta (Dumas) Martin.
Bernice is survived by her children, Linda A. (Ronald) Brooks, Janice M. (Douglas Wells) Bennett, Albert Bennett, Willie Bennett, Christopher (Nicole) Bennett and Wanda Bennett. In addition to her parents, Bernice was preceded in death by husband, Stanley Bennett; daughter-in-law, Lois Bennett and siblings, Bernes Bridges, Robert Martin, Jimmy Martin, Annie Martin and Janice Pratt.
The family will receive guests Friday, November 3, 2017 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home & Cremation Services - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
