Bernadette MaryAnn (Hoffmann) Clark, born April 11, 1915 to Godfred and MaryAnn (Hoffman) Hoffmann, peacefully joined her Heavenly Father early Sunday morning November 12, 2006.
She leaves behind her husband, Sherman H. Clark; sons, Lewis (MaryLu); Sherman W. and Thomas as well as daughters, Karen and Juliet; 6 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Lawrence; Frank; Eugene; Christopher and George and sisters, Serena and Elizabeth.
A member of St. Michael the Arc Angel in Findlay, she was kind and gentle with positive things to say to all. She loved her family and had a lifelong love of art and nature and was an avid gardener. She took oil painting classes at the Toledo Museum of Art. She was an accomplished and award winning artist who was a member of the Coldwater Art Club, Oregon Art Club, donating paintings to the Oregon Library.
A beloved mother, she will be greatly missed by family and friends.
The family will receive guests Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 9:15 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Piux X Church, 3011 Carskaddon Ave. Entombment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
