Barbara Jean (Ochmanek) Tornai, age 64, resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on May 16, 1957, in Toledo, to the late Richard Ochmanek and Vicki (Crooks) Ochmanek-Kratki.
Barbara was a 1975 Woodward High School graduate and had worked for ProMedica for over 17 years as a medical billing specialist. She was an amazing mother, sister, aunt, and friend; a truly amazing person to all she knew. Barbara loved her great-great nephew, Jackson, whom she treated like a grandson. She was also very proud of her son, Christopher, whom she loved dearly.
Those left to forever cherish her memory are her son, Christopher Tornai; sister, Julie Yeager; niece, Cathy Egbert; great-great nephew, Jackson Egbert; and many extended family members and friends.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Ochmanek and Vicki Kratki.
