Barbara Forbes Malotke

Barbara Forbes Malotke, age 79, passed away peacefully after a long illness on June 14, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on October 12, 1935 to the late Leon and Mary Forbes of Jacksonville, Florida.
Barb graduated from Anderson College in Anderson, South Carolina. She worked in Jacksonville at the Tax Collector's Office for several years. Barb and her husband, Ron, relocated to Ohio in 1977. She always enjoyed the ocean and summers in Florida at her parent's beach house.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 44 years, Ron. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Samuel and Paul.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
Burial will take place at Oaklawn Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida in her family plot.
