Barbara Blair

Barbara Blair age 83 of Toledo, OH passed away on September 18, 2024 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born in Minneapolis, MN on August 29, 1941 to Clare and Russell (Sanzone) Mancino. 

Barbara enjoyed golf, traveling, making Stained glass and spending time with her family. 

Surviving is her loving husband of 64 years, Retired Army CW4, Robert Blair; daughters, Cheri (Claude) Montgomery and Michelle (Brian) Killian; grandchildren, Anjelica (Steve) Jesus, Kaitlyn (Jordan) Spetz, Ian Scherer, Ashley Fernandes, Bradley (Ashley) Fernandes, Sean (Rachel) Killian and Kyle Killian. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Blair Jesus; sister, Gail Tonero and brother, Bernardo Mancino. 

Family and friends will be received at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Southwest Chapel) 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 1:00-3:00 PM. A memorial service will begin immediately after visitation at 3:00 PM.
