Barbara T. Bacome

Barbara T. Bacome, 90, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully Friday, September 13, 2024 surrounded by her family. She worked for Medical Mutual from 1969 until retirement in 1984. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Helen Kosmider; son, Russell Bacome; 7 brothers and sisters, living to be the last of the Indians. 

Left to cherish Barbara’s memory are her loving daughter, Lynn Botzko; granddaughter, Katrina (Toby); step-grandson, Johnathon (Tiffany); 3 great-grandchildren; and many special nieces, and nephews. 

The family will receive guests on Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 9:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4100 Harvest Lane, Toledo with Memorial Mass beginning at 10:30 a.m. in church. 

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
