Arlene J. Williams, age 82, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017. She was born on November 26, 1934 to Arnold and Ethel (Yarger) Zaenger in Toledo. Arlene was a graduate of Woodward High School and worked for Dana Corp. for 30 years, retiring in 1986. She enjoyed spending time with her precious granddaughters, camping in Indiana and Florida with her husband for many years, playing cards with her euchre club friends, crocheting and above all, spending time with her family.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 62 years, Richard E. Williams; daughter, Cynthia Wozny; son, Jeffrey (Lori) Williams; granddaughters, Amanda (Dan) Kollar and Stephanie Wozny; great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Charlotte Kollar; brother, Ralph (Marlene) Zaenger; in-law's, Robert (Ellen) Williams, Geraldine Williams, Shirley Williams, Judy Frantz, Susan (Gary) Leach, David (Sue) Williams and Jim Waterston. She was preceded in death by her sister, Vada Dean.
The family will receive guests on Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin in the funeral home on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
