Arlene G. Mcwilliams

Arlene McWilliams, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2012 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg with her loving daughters by her side. She was born to Ammon and Dora (Arbogast) Bailey in Pennsylvania. Arlene worked as an office manager for Dr. Allen Hoeft for over 20 years before retiring. She was a longtime member of Messiah Lutheran Church. Arlene was a vivacious very active woman and always a wonderful friend. Most importantly, she was a best friend to her daughters. Arlene will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John McWilliams and 8 brothers and sisters. Arlene is survived by her loving daughters, Sandy Wasielewski, Marcia (Bud) Wheeler and Sally (Steven Foore) McWilliams; grandchildren, Amy (Keith) Yunger and Megan (Brandon) Ostrom; great-grandchildren, Zach, Samuel and Benjamin; and granddogs, Blondie and Skunkur.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate Arlene's life will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church, 4703 Summit St., Toledo, OH 43611. Family and friends are invited to gather at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service. The Newcomer Funeral Home (419-473-0300) assisted the family with arrangements.
