Anthony L. Brooks

Anthony Louis Brooks passed away on March 14, 2017. Tony was born to Bob and Pat (Edinger) Brooks on May 26, 1951. He was an outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, and boating. He and his family enjoyed spending time together at the lake. Tony retired from the Norfolk Southern Railroad after a forty-year railroad career.

Tony is survived by his son Rob (Margaret) Brooks; his daughter Adrienne (Jim) Barnes; his seven grandchildren, Jonas, Gideon, and Micah Brooks, and Carter, Campbell, Carson, and Cate Barnes; his former wife, Rae (Emery) Brooks; his two sisters, Sandy (Mike) Dadosky and April (Stratos) Palikoglou; and his loving fiancé, Christine Boyle. He was preceded in death by his beloved dog Isabelle.

The family will receive guests Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
