Anthony Anello

Anthony "Tony" Anello, Sr., age 80, of Holland, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2007 in Flower Hospital. He was born May 28, 1926 to Nicolas and Maria (Guadagno) Anello in Toledo. Tony was employed with Daimler Chrysler Jeep for 48 years. He was also a U.S. Navy Veteran.

In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his brothers, John and Paul Anello; sister, Rosemary Biddle and grandson, Robert "Robbie" Anello. He is survived by his loving wife with whom he would have celebrated 60 years of marriage in April, Georgia M. (Elgin) Anello; daughter, Carolyn (Tom) Judson; sons, Robert; Tony (Andrea); David (Terrie); Leo; Leon and Steven Anello; sister, Carman Haala; brother, Leo Anello; 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

The family will receive guests Tuesday from 2-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
