Annie M. Buckingham
Annie M. Buckingham, age 88, departed this life with her devoted son at her side, on July 21, 2009 at Arbors at Toledo. Annie worked for the Board of Education until her illness.
She was proceeded in death by her husband of 64 years, James Buckingham Sr. Surviving son, James (Ila) Buckingham, Jr. of Toledo, OH, daughter, Myrtle Jernighan of Amory MS, 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will take place on Tuesday, July 28, 2009: viewing at 11:00 a.m. and services following at 12:00 p.m. at the New Home Missionary Baptist Church, 653 Tecumseh.
