Ann Mary Hudecek

Ann Mary Hudecek, age 95, of East Toledo, passed away at Lutheran Village Nursing Home, on Saturday, June 20, 2015. She was born May 26, 1920 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Anna and John Hudecek.
Ann worked at LaSalle & Koch and later for Prestolite where she retired. After Ann retired, she took care of her Mom and Dad. She was a member of the Corda Club and enjoyed dancing. Ann also loved traveling, especially to Europe including France, Italy, Spain, Germany and the Vatican. She was a devout Catholic and was a life-long member of Holy Rosary.
Ann is survived by her sister, Blanche Kusz; 1 niece; 3 nephews and 12 great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Elizabeth Luebben and Dorothy Nonnenmacher.
The Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Parish, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, OH 43614. Newcomer Funeral Home assisted the family with professional services.
The family requests Memorial Contributions be made to the church.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Lutheran Village and Senior Independence Hospice for their care and compassion.
