Ann E. Mccrory

Ann E. McCrory, age 47, of Toledo, went home to be with the Lord after a courageous battle with many challenging health ailments on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at The Toledo Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born on November 20, 1965 to James and Jeanne (Moore) Aust in Toledo, Ohio.

Ann was a graduate of the Notre Dame Academy, Class of 1984. For many years she was a travel agent, having worked for Carlson Travel and American Express. She was involved with the C.Y.O., where she coached volleyball and was a licensed volleyball referee. Ann was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish. Ann loved spending time by the water, specifically the beach in Sanibel Island, Florida which brought her much peace and comfort.

Above everything, Ann was dedicated to her family, especially her three children, they were her pride and joy. Her family will remember her gregarious laugh and how her personality lit-up the room, she will be dearly missed by those who loved her.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Jeanne; loving husband of 24 years, Patrick L. McCrory; daughters, Jessica (Ryan Laney) and Sarah McCrory; son, Logan McCrory; brothers, Michael (Lisa) Aust of Dallas, TX and James (Tracy) Aust of Columbus, OH; many loving nieces, nephews and cousins, especially the Stevenson and Moore families. She was preceded in death by her father, James.

The family will receive guests on Thursday, April 25, 2013 from 2-7:30 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). A Memorial Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 26, 2013 at St. Catherine of Siena, 4555 North Haven Ave., Toledo, Ohio.
