On February 5, 2015 Anita M. Ross (Dangler), 45, passed away peacefully at home. She was born April 30, 1969 and was preceded in death by her Father, Richard Dangler.
Anita had a zest for life. No matter what she was facing she always kept her head up. She was brave, strong & fierce. Always there to lend an ear or give advice. She loved to laugh and enjoyed making others laugh too. Her eyes could light up a room, but nothing could light up her eyes more than her family. They were her heart and soul, her everything. Nothing made her happier than being a Mom, a Mimi, daughter, sister and wife. She was loved by so many that called her their family, their 'other Mom', their friend. No words can explain how much she will be missed by so many. But her struggle is over so let us not cry for a soul set free. Don't think about how she died...remember how she lived!
Anita is survived by her mother, Sondra Dangler; her husband and partner of 24 years, Rodney Ross, I; her children, Andre (Jocelyn) McDonald, Ranita (Enrique Fuller) Ross, and Rodney (Asha) Ross, II; 5 grandbabies, Laila, Miami, Rodney "Lil Lil", Raelyn, and Callie. Also surviving are her brothers, Mike Dangler and Scott (Donna) Dangler; sister, Jennifer (Robert) Blakeman; nieces, Lauryn and Sara; and nephews, Logan and Dylan.
Services for Anita were private. The Newcomer Funeral Home – NW Chapel (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
