Anita Frances Jones

Anita Frances Jones, age 65, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on December 23, 2023 at Arbors Extended Care Center. She was born on April 8, 1958 to the late Clemance and Loretta Winkler in Fostoria, Ohio. As a child Anita attended various grade schools while her father served with the U.S. Marines. Anita was a 1976 graduate of DeVilbiss High School. She was a dental assistant for over 25 years with multiple dentist offices. Anita was an avid crafter, she loved to crochet, and she was a diehard Ohio State Buckeye, Detroit Tigers, and Detroit Lions fan. She married her loving husband, Keith, in 1984 wearing scarlet and grey.

In addition to her parents, Anita was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa; and sister-in-law, Laura Jones. She is survived by her husband, Keith; sons, Timothy and Aaron; brother, Timothy (Donna) Winkler; sisters, Cindy (John) Spoon and Denise Winkler-Haviland; brother-in-law, Jonathan W. Jones; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service for Anita will be held at St. Clement's Parish Hall (next to the church) on April 6th, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. St. Clement's Parish is located at 3030 Tremainsville Rd., Toledo, OH 43613.
