Angela Marie Hood (Berry)

Angela M. Hood (Berry), age 43, passed on October 27, 2015. She was born on February 1, 1972 in Toledo, Ohio.

Angie was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary 2510. She enjoyed working with the homeless veterans and supporting "Berry's Landing", which was named in memory of her father, Bernard. Angie adored her son, Brian and loved spending time with her nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a die-hard Steelers fan and collected teddy bears.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 19 years, Bill; mother, Linda Berry-Garcia and step-father, Frederick Garcia; son, Brian Mansberger Jr.; best friend, Nechi (Lee) Fields and her dog, Steeler. She was preceded in death by her father, Bernard; good friend, Timmy Matuszak and her dog, Itty-Bitty.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, November 1, 2015 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., (419-381-1900). The Ladies Auxiliary VFW 2510 will conduct services at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m.
