Andrea Ruth Piskula

Andrea Ruth Piskula, age 58, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away February 16, 2024 at The Toledo Hospital. Andrea was born July 27, 1965, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Bob and Carolyn (Eley) Martin.

Andrea graduated from Bedford High School. A woman of faith, she was an active member of Grace Community Church for many years, where she was in charge of the prayer chain, overhead details and the zoom church services. She was a fantastic writer and was very talented at crocheting, crafting, and sewing. Andrea had a heart of gold; she would help anyone in need. She loved cats and all things feline. She ran fundraising for Winnie's Wish Cat Rescue, where she found her precious cats. Her favorite was to make crochet and cloth cat beds and cat toys for auction. Most of all, Andrea loved her family, especially her nieces, nephews, and great nephews. Andrea's faith, love, and smile will forever be missed by those who knew her. This is not goodbye, but we will see you again!

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her loving husband, Greg W. Piskula, whom she married on September 12, 1987; sister, Stephanie (James) Briskey; nieces and nephews, Bryan (Tabetha) Briskey, Jessica (Jimmy) Miller, Theresa (Preston) Cunningham, Allison (Ethan) McKinley, and Ian (Brady) Crouse; and great nephews, Aleister, Elijah, and Matthew Cunningham.

Andrea was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Carolyn Martin.

Family and friends may visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, on Sunday, February 25, 2024, from 2:00 pm until the time of her prayer service at 6:00 pm.
