Amanda B. Fegely

Amanda (Babb) Fegely passed away peacefully on August 13, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Summit Station, PA on October 12, 1917 to Jacob and Bessie Babb. She was a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School and Bloomsburg State Teacher's College. Amanda began teaching business subjects at Mohnton High School and retired as head of the business department at Twin Valley High School, Elverson, PA in 1976.

Amanda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold R. Fegely; son, Terry Grant Fegely and foster son, Jay C. Delp.

Amanda is survived by a daughter, Janet (Michael) Overmyer and foster daughter, Barbara (Bruce) Reddig; grandchildren, Nathan (Joanne) Reichert, Rebekah (Eric) Lilje and Matthew Reichert; 4 foster grandchildren, Bruce Reddig, Jr., Betsy Reddig, Jay Delp, Jr. and Crystal Yonosky. She was also blessed with 3 great-grandchildren, Caleb, Brynn and Nolan Lilje, whom she adored.
