On Monday, August 22, 2022 Allen Dale Johnson, Sr. loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away at the age of 60. Dale was born November 8, 1961 to Leroy and Maryann Johnson. He married his soulmate, Diane, on January 18, 1986, and together they raised a daughter, Brandy, and sons, Allen Dale and Rocky. Allen was a longtime member of the Avengers Motorcycle Club.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Johnson, and great-grandson, Marcellus. Surviving are his loving wife, Diane; daughter, Brandy (Wally) Smotherman; sons, Allen (Mary) Johnson and Rocky Johnson; mother, Maryann Johnson; siblings, Leroy (Cindy) Johnson, Jr., Kim (Spencer) York, Dana Johnson, James (Brandy) Johnson, Vicki (Bernard) Johnson, Corey (Julie) Johnson, and Lorie (John) Harris; grandchildren, Mariah, Tiffany, Caylin, Kayce, Bryson, AJ, Braelyn, Kyle, Gavin, Kinsley, Baby Rock, Luca, and Gabriel; and longtime friends, Kevin, Odis, Tiny, and Bob.
The family will receive guests on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd, Toledo (419-473-0300).
