Alice J. Erbskorn, age 86, of Toledo, passed away on Memorial Day, Monday, May 26, 2014 at Flower Hospital in Sylvania. She was born on April 14, 1928 to Clair and Bessie (Schoonover) Heimbishner in Michigan. Alice was a devoted mother and homemaker, taking care of her family and their needs was a lifetime passion of hers. She enjoyed cross-stitching, crocheting and spent many lovely years with her husband, James J. Erbskorn. Alice helped James run and operate his business, Erbskorn Builders and together they enjoyed dining out at various restaurants.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Larry (Diana) Erbskorn, Michael Erbskorn, Keith (Rose) Erbskorn and Cheryl (Kenneth) Klein; daughter in law, Linda Erbskorn; grandchildren, Erin Erbskorn, Angela, Jason, Jeremy and Amber; many great-grandchildren; sisters, Leona M. (Harold) Keefer and Betty L. (Dale) Glore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Erbskorn.
Even through all the years being widowed and acquiring renal failure for six years, Alice underwent all obstacles of dialysis treatments, never giving up. She is at peace now, safe in the arms of her Heavenly Father with her loving husband.
