Alfred Twigg Jr.

Buck, age 56, of Toledo went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 while surrounded by his loving family. Buck was born on May 25, 1954 to Alfred W. and Joyce M. Twigg in Fremont, Ohio. He worked for National Wire (Ivy Steel) for 25 years and was a member of the Local 20 Teamsters. Buck was an avid hunter, going as far as Alaska and Wyoming to enjoy the sport. In his spare time he enjoyed watching Nascar, always rooting for his favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Melissa (Gary) Bumpus; son, Alfred W. (Jennell) Twigg III; granddaughter, Alaina Twigg; brother, James Twigg; sisters, Beverly Hosner and Shonna Burris and dear family friend, Bob Elkins. Buck was preceded in death by his infant brother, Kenneth Wayne Twigg.

The family will receive guests Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., (419-473-0300). Memorial Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
