Alan Dean Cadaret, age 62, resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at his home. He was born in Toledo, Ohio, on October 15, 1959, to the late Jack Norman and Lillian Doris (Houke) Cadaret.
Alan graduated from Bedford High School. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He worked at Michigan Silk screen for numerous years and Cooper Tire. A very talented artist, he did beautiful work with anything you could make art out of. He would make unique pieces out of wood for family, draw Looney Tunes characters, and make his own funny Halloween costumes. Alan had an interest in old coins and would collect them. He enjoyed a nice cigar with some friends, but most of all, family was number one to Alan. He loved having bonfires and having his friends and family there to laugh and make memories. Alan will forever be remembered as having wacky haircuts, being an awesome grandpa, and someone you could count on. He will forever be missed by all who knew him.
Those left to forever cherish his memory are his loving wife, Vicky (Dean) Cadaret, whom he married on June 3, 1989; two sons, Brandon Dean and Jesse Cadaret; grandson, Brody Allen Dean; siblings, Jack (Carol) Cadaret, Ralph (Peggy) Cadaret, Calvin (Bobbi) Cadaret, Valerie (Mike) Mitchell, Renee Fox, and Nadine (Dan) Woodbury; two furry companions, Toby and Sophie; and numerous nieces, nephews, and very special friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jay Cadaret; sister, Janet Mitchell; brother-in-law, Dean Fox.
Per Alan's wishes, there will be no services held at this time.
