Adell S. Hurt

Adell S. Hurt, age 93 of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully on April 20, 2012. She was born January 5, 1919 to Victor and Effie McGary, both deceased. Adell is now reunited with her husband, Ben W. Hurt; 10 siblings; son, Donnie; son-in-law, Jay; grandson, Billy and great-grandchildren, Breonne and Kamryn.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Shirley (Corwin) Starr, Julie Wilkerson Hurt, Shelba (Bill) Fisher, Brenda Ballmer and Sandy Paul; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Adell loved spending time with family and friends and she will be deeply missed.
The family will receive guests Tuesday from 3-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Interment will be private.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
