Adeline Rodriguez

Adeline Rodriguez, age 65 passed away Sunday, May 2nd, 2010 surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 29th, 1944 to Catalina (Garcia) Castillo in Mercedes, Texas. Adeline retired from Libbey Glass after 30 years of employment.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Julian J. Rodriguez Jr.; children, Diane (Julio) Ramirez Jr., Sylvia (Robert) Lewis, Julian (Heather) Rodriguez III and Paul D. Rodriguez; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Connie (Richard) Hrebic, Ismael (Tammy) Castillo Jr., Maria (Julian) Zapata Jr. and Jose (Lupe) Castillo. Preceding her in death are her parents and maternal grandparents.

The family will receive guests Wednesday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). The rosary will be recited in the funeral home at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 9:00 a.m. in the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian burial beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral, 2535 Collingwood Blvd. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
