Nicole E. Mitchell

Nicole E. Mitchell, age 31, of Toledo, Ohio passed away Friday, June 21, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo in the arms of her loving family. She was born April 26, 1982 in Toledo to Daniel and Carolyn (Smeltzer) Lynch. Nikki was a proud graduate of Libbey High School and BGSU with an Art Education degree. Nikki was a devoted daughter, mother, wife, friend and educator. Nikki enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her daughter Mia.

She is survived by her husband, Shaun Mitchell; daughter, Mia; father, Daniel (Caryn) Lynch; mother, Carolyn Lynch; sister, Nina Lynch; brother, Neil Lynch; grandmother, Ruth Smeltzer. Nikki was preceded in death by her grandmother, Diana Lynch.

The family will receive guests Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, (419-381-1900). Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Nikki's memory at any Key Bank.
