Michael Joseph Globensky, Jr.

Michael "Mikey" Joseph Globensky, Jr, age 27, of Holgate, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, December 31, 2023. He was born August 7, 1996 in Toledo to Michael and Andrea (Thompson) Globensky. Mikey had a heart of gold, he would go out of his way to help anyone in need. If you ever met Mikey you were bound to love him with his infectious smile and one of a kind laugh that could be heard over any crowd. He was employed the last six years with Campbell Soup where he was highly motivated and had a tremendous work ethic. Providing for and spending time with his three daughters was his true passion. Mikey was also a diehard Bengal's fan, and he enjoyed fishing, travelling, dining out, and dining in with his family. He was known as a handy man within his family, he was always working on his cars, his homes, or simply fixing anything that needed it. He could literally fix anything.

Mikey was preceded in death by his sister, Vanessa "Nessa" Globensky; grandmother, Loretta Wood; and aunt, Shannon Rose. He is survived by his parents, Michael and Andrea Globensky; the love of his life, Cierra Garza; his beautiful daughters, Adelina, Nevaeh, and Gabriella; siblings, Allen (Remi) Thompson, Jonathon (Destianna) Globensky, Aaron (Kaela) Globensky and Savanna (Anthony) Globensky; grandparents, Michael Globensky, Cindy Globensky, Debra Thompson and Curtis Thompson; nieces and nephews, Anthony, Jr, A'Nessa, Ma'Lencia, Mela, Giovanni, and Valencianna; and in-laws, Paul and Nichole Garza. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, where a Funeral Service will begin at 5:00 pm.
