Toni Ann Kirkham

Toni Ann Kirkham, age 52, a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully with her family by her side Monday, December 25, 2023 on her favorite holiday. She was born in Toledo, Ohio to Ronald and Patricia Hollstein. Toni fought hard to stay with her family for four and half years, but God knew it was her time to go home with Him.

Toni Ann's smile would light up an entire room. She leaves behind the love of her life, and loving husband, Toby Kirkham, they shared 33 years of marriage together; it was their dream come true of love. She also leaves behind a set of twin daughters, Autumn and Sierra Kirkham; four beautiful granddaughters, Rosalie, Antonia, Alayna and Charlotte; a loving protective brother, Kelly (Khris) Hollstein; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and many cousins that she grew up with who will all miss her dearly. She also leaves behind her dog companion Kathy Ann.

Toni worked many years cleaning houses with her Mom. She was also an accountant/office assistant (even though all of her work friends would say she was the manager!) with Motion Industries for 14 years. Toni and Toby owned a camper at Meinkie Marina for almost a decade, she loved spending time there with family. She especially loved to spend time with her daughters and husband at their home and with her parents, whom she never went a day without talking to. Toni loved to go shopping, her favorite stores were Kohls, Meijer's and Rite Aid. Her favorite holiday was the holiday she went to Heaven on, Christmas; she would make it so special for everyone she loved. Her tradition was shaking gifts and guessing what they were before she opened them. She loved dogs, roses, the color purple and also coloring her hair blonde for many years, to the point we never knew her real hair color was black.

There are so many memories she leaves behind with us, so much to talk about and how much of a beautiful soul she was. To know her was to love her, and she was loved by many many people. We will miss her dearly, but will continue to live for her as we know she will protect us for the rest of our lives. Heaven is even more beautiful now with her there. We love you Toni Ann, our Mom and Grandma. "It's not goodbye, it's simply see you later."

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, January 3, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd, Toledo. The family asks that guest bring a purple balloon in Toni's memory, the family will be releasing them from the parking lot near the end of calling hours.
