Cheryl Lynn Glynn, age 64 of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by her devoted loving children. Cheryl was born July 10th 1959 in Toledo, Ohio to Thomas and Helen (Boyd) Glynn. She was the baby out of 13 children and loved her family very much. When Cheryl was young she got into a car accident the doctor told her she would never be able to have children. The Lord gave her three healthy children. Cheryl loved traveling, long drives on the motorcycle. Cheryl loved music and just being outdoors and camping.
In her younger years she loved softball, horseshoes, playing pool and sitting around the table with her sisters playing cards and reminiscing about their husbands and the crazy adventures along the way. Cheryl loved The Ohio State Buckeyes and her siblings.
Anybody that knew Cheryl knew she was as stubborn as they come. The road she went down was anything but easy, but she never gave up no matter what life threw at her. Cheryl's heart remained the same which was strong, kindhearted, confident and courageous. The last 12 years Cheryl had a lot of good times with her family.
Preceded in death by her father, Thomas Glynn and mother Helen (Boyd) Glynn; sisters Betty Postlewait, Judy Shepherd, Marlene Yerg and Rita Brewer; brothers, Thomas, William, Michael and Paul Glynn.
Cheryl is survived by her loving companion Gary Schwartz that she shared the best parts of herself with which blessed her with Three wonderful children to pass on her legacy; 1st born Jannett (Jason) and two grandchildren Jason Jr (Julia) and Jacob Paskey, 2nd born Thomas Schwartz and 3rd born David (Misty) a granddaughter Everly Rose Schwartz and soon to be grandbaby boy. Great Grandchildren Iris, Lola, Jason 3rd, Jaxon Also survived by her Siblings Patrick (Mary Lou) Glynn, Edwin (Kit) Glynn, Fredrick (Christy) Glynn, Steven (Joe) Glynn and Sister Cathy (Brad) Hoag. Along with an army of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A visitation will be held November 6, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Sylvania 3655 King Rd. Toledo, OH 43617 with a funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m.
