Michael John Janiszewski

Michael John Janiszewski, born July 9th 1952, started a New Journey on October 3rd 2023.
Mike is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Susan Janiszewski; children David Baptista, LeAnn Janiszewski Court Jeremy (Shannon) Janiszewski; sister, Janice Van Horn; and his many little minnows.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, John and Henrietta Janiszewski; and sisters, Nancy Whiteman and Carol Janiszewski.
Mike loved fishing, camping, collecting marbles, gardening and classic black and white tv shows. What he loved most of all was his family. Mike was a dedicated employee of almost 30 years at Textile Leather and was one of the last people to leave the plant when it closed in 2009, where he met many valued friends.
A Celebration of Life Fish Fry will be held at the American Legion Post 11045 Harold Dr. Luna Pier, Michigan on November 4th, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Please bring a dish to pass and a memory to share. We look forward to seeing you at Mike's last Fish Fry.
