Mildred Stills, age 84, of Toledo, passed away September 15, 2023 in the comfort of her home. Mildred was born September 11, 1939 in Greenwood, Mississippi to Andrew and Delilah (Foster) Files. She loved sports and was an avid Golden State Warriors basketball fan. She never missed her stories on the television, she was particularly fond of The Young and The Restless. Mildred was loving and stern at the same time. She had a heart of gold.
In addition to her parents, Mildred was also preceded in death by her brother, Lee Files. She is survived by her children, Lisa M. (Isaiah III) Stills-Shaffer, Jarmain T. (Jai Nicole) Stills, Cynthia D. (Vinson) Arterbridge; grandchildren, Michael (Dee Dee) Evans, James Stills, Victoria Stills, Tywan Stills, Elijah Shaffer, Xavier Shaffer, and Iran Shaffer; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Per Mildred's wishes, there will be no services.
