Daniel Robarge

Daniel L. Robarge, age 73, of Toledo, passed away September 16, 2023. Daniel was born August 8, 1950 in Toledo to Earl Robarge and Dorothy (Ireland) Robarge-Strawinski. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Christopher; sister, Kathy Lehman; and brother, Joe Strawinski. Dan is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lynn (Madlinski) Robarge; sister, Cindy (Mike) Myers and brother, Steve (Tabatha) Strawinski. Also surviving is his daughter, Ashley Robarge-Hoffmann, her husband Adam Hoffmann, and their sons, Daniel and Parker.

Danny grew up in Shoreland, Ohio and was a 1971 graduate of Whitmer High School. His greatest joy was being on the water, with canoe trips. He and Lynn, along with their best friends, Vicki Plant and Mike McMahon, enjoyed the majority of Michigan's rivers. He also enjoyed camping trips with a Zodiac on many inland lakes, later enjoying motor boating and pontooning on Lake Erie for 20 plus years out of Lost Peninsula Marina. There was no greater fan, than Dan, for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Dan and Lynn, together with their dog, Zoey, enjoyed the last seven years snow birding with their 5th wheel in the Florida Keys.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd, Toledo, Ohio, where a Memorial Service will begin at 7:00 pm.
