Genevieve Lukasiewicz

Genevieve "Jean" Lukasiewicz passed away on September 12, 2023 and went to be with the Lord. She was the daughter of Harry and Martha (Pluciniczak) Lukasiewicz. Jean enjoyed gardening, watching TCM, breakfast at McDonalds and her monthly lunches with the girls.
Jean is survived by her twin sister, Joan Lukasiewicz; nephews, James (Terri) Bruzda, Darrel (Diane) Lukas, and Gary Lukas; niece, Charlene (Dave) Wisniewski; sister-in-law, Nancy Lukas, great nieces and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Delphine (William) Bruzda; brother, Jerry Lukas and nephew, Keith Lukas.
Funeral Mass will be held Monday, September 18, 2023 at 11:30 am at St. Hyacinth Church, 728 Parkside Blvd., Toledo, OH 43607. Burial will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital ASPCA in Genevieve's memory.
