Sharon wrote this obituary prior to her passing.
Sharon E. Hunter, passed away July 25th, 2023 with her loving family by her side. Sharon was born November 7, 1941 in Toledo, Ohio. She graduated from Libbey High School in 1959 and started dating Larry the same year. They married in 1961. They had three kids, the best kids you could ever want. Sharon worked 32 years, the first half at The Kroger Company and the rest at the Lucas County Job and Family Services.
Surviving Sharon, is Larry, the great guy who would put up with her for 61 years. Her children, Larry (Margie) Hunter, Kerri (Greg) Adams, Jennifer (Keith) Robeson. Her six wonderful grandkids: Emily (Aaron) Jones, Annie Hunter, Luke (Lucy) Adams, Drew Adams, Cecilia Robeson and Ben Robeson, and great grandchild, Louise Mae Adams. Her brother Jim Hinman, and her brother-in-law Jerry (Kathy) Hunter.
She is preceded in death by her mother Ruth (Fox) Hinman, her grandmother, the wonderful lady who raised her, Irma K. Fox. Brothers, Dennis Hinman and Gary Hinman.
Sharon will be dearly missed by her family members and friends.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home – Southwest Chapel at 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, OH 43614.
A sharing of memories and prayer service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 5th, following the visitation at Newcomer Funeral Home – Southwest Chapel at 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, OH 43614.
Sharon will be laid to rest at Toledo Memorial Park at a later date.
