Victoria Marie Toda

Victoria Marie "Vickie" Toda, age 64, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2023, in the comfort of her home. Vickie was born June 21, 1959, in Toledo, Ohio to Richard and Helen (Worden) Mohr.

Vickie graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1977. Following graduation, she married the love of her life, Richard, and together had two beautiful children. Being a military wife, she was very busy caring for the home and making sure her family had a delicious meal on the table. Vickie worked at Gottfried Medical for 17 years, where she was a hard and dedicated worker. Vickie lived a very simple life; she enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and cardinals, animals, especially dogs, and crocheting and embroidering beautiful pieces. Most of all, family was her life. The memories spent together, her love and her smile will forever be remembered by those who were blessed enough to have known Vickie. Until we meet again…

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her loving husband, Richard Toda Sr., whom she married on September 10, 1977; two children, Kristy (Rob) Distel and Richard (Jennifer) Toda; grandchildren, Jason, Kaylee, and Brandon; mother, Helen Mohr; siblings, Ed (Renee) Mohr, Mary (Randy) Miller, Peggy Mohr, Rick (Stacey) Mohr, and Jodie (Tim) Stearns; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Vickie was preceded in death and greeted in Heaven by her father, Richard Mohr.

The family will receive guests Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Road. Funeral Services will begin Friday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Following the service, Vickie will be laid to rest at Toledo Memorial Park.
